Missy Lane Jewelry ships all orders, with the exception of custom orders, within 3 - 5 business days. If you would like to place a custom order we will discuss an estimated shipping date before purchase.

Your carefully packaged order will ship via USPS First Class Mail. You may request to be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee. If you need your order by a specific date please contact me prior to ordering to make arrangements.

Please make sure that your shipping address correct before placing your order. Missy Lane Jewelry is released from any liability should the customer order with an incorrect address. We are released from liability for delays in shipping once a package has left my care. All shipping profiles are estimates and not guarantees of time.

Local Pickup

You may select FREE Local Pickup if you are local to the Dallas area. Items will be available to be picked up within 3-5 business days from your order. Once your order has been placed, I will contact you for pickup location details. For custom orders, we can discuss an estimated pickup or delivery date if necessary. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering to make arrangements.

Our products are guaranteed for craftsmanship. For all repair orders, work is guaranteed for one year. If the item needs repair within one year, please contact me. Items may be returned within 30 days if it is unused, unworn and in its original condition.
